THIS MEAL BEST IF NOT FROZEN. Oh- these are SO good! Gourmet tacos- very family friendly and easy! Marinated tender steak, applegate farms nitrate/nitrite/antiobiotic/hormone free bacon, diced red bell peppers top grilled coconut tortillas. Fill them with fresh diced tomatoes and avocado and drizzle with the creamy cashew and mild chipotle sauce!

Cooking InstructionsGourmet Tacos- Chicken, Shrimp, Steak or Veggie
Heat 1 Tbls oil in a skillet over med/high heat. If ordered, pour bacon/bell peppers into skillet. Saute 5 min, until bacon is slightly crisp. Pour bag of chicken, shrimp, steak or veggies into skillet. If you ordered veggies instead of bacon, add vegetables now. Saute shrimp/veggies for 5 minutes, steak or chicken for 7-8 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Remove meat/bacon from skillet. Put as many tortillas as you can fit into the skillet. Sprinkle 2 Tbls cheese on each tortilla. Heat on high for 3 min, until cheese is melted and the tortilla is slightly crisp. Continue with remaining tortillas. Slice avocado and serve shrimp/meat/veggies, avocado, and tomatoes on top of tacos and drizzle with the creamy chipotle crema.
