This is such a classic and delicious dish from Argentina and so easy to make.  The Mahi fillets will marinate in our chimichurri sauce made in-house with fresh italian parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, red wine vinegar and a dash of red chili flakes (very mild) to tenderlize it, then gets grilled or pan-seared and served with more chimichurri sauce!  Serve with the included sweet potato mash and a small side of green beans!!
